In the Magdalene Grove Subdivision and current member in the Magdalene Grove Civic Association, I appoint RICK REDDING or the following person as my proxy holder, with full powers of substitution, for and in the name, place, and stead of the undersigned, to appear, represent, and cast votes upon any matters on behalf of the undersigned at the aforesaid meeting and any adjournment thereof. This shall be a general proxy.
